We are very fortunate in St Mary's to have the support of a fantastic Parents and Teachers Association. The PTA aims to encourage socialising amongst the school community as well as raising funds for the school. It organises the school Summer Fair which draws many visitors from the local community as well as parents, children and teachers from the school. It also organises many other social events where parents, teachers and others can enjoy themselves together.
Everyone is welcome to contribute to the PTA and help build the community life of the school. If you are a parent of a child at St Mary's you are automatically a member. The PTA holds its AGM in the Autumn term, to which all parents are warmly invited. At that meeting you find out how the money we raise is spent and decide what to fundraise for next.
